These Terms govern your use of MyLinen Pro ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@mylinenservice.com of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM or similar laws, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Data and licensing
Lead and business intelligence data provided through the Service is licensed to your organization for its own sales and marketing use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the data as a dataset.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@mylinenservice.com. On cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, business intelligence data is sourced from third parties and public records and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
